Job Description

  • Managing and coordinating Admin Team and ensuring all the administrative matters are according to the specified policies procedures and practices
  • Making administrative policies including creating necessary forms, the standard operating procedures for daily administrative tasks to be a systematic work flow
  • Preparing monthly and annual budget plan and benchmarking and/or checking the submitted estimated expenses regarding with all administrative issues
  • Coordinating with other related departments in related issues like budget planning Managing drivers’ schedule, regular car maintenance and car usage of all operation and offices
  • Coordinating with Finance Department in Managing Office assets and inventory
  • Managing and conducting ATI procurement related activities
  • Ensuring all the admin related documents are kept in systematic order
  • Serving as the primary point of ATI and liaising with other related offices and individuals
  • Ensuring welcome drink or coffee is prepared especially for the meetings with guests Ensuring all housekeeping and office related facilities are ready to use (tissues, coffee, soaps and others)
  • Ensuring the office building, office rooms and facilities are always kept in clean status
  • Ensuring office support services including room renting, car renting, vehicle insurances, electricity supplies, phone and internet supplies and all office related billing issues by coordinating with other related government offices and related organizations
  • Ensuring all the electricity and doors are in safe condition before and after office hours
  • Undertaking general administrative duties including dealing with incoming and outgoing mails and emails regarding with administrative tasks
  • Performing other tasks assigned by supervisor

Position Requirements

  • University degree with any disciplines (Master/ Diploma in Administration or Business Management is preferable)
  • Minimum four years’ experience in related field
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently with problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage multitasks with initiative and team spirit
  • Ability to use standard application software (e.g. Microsoft Office) and internet application
  • Having positive attitude and good business sense
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Myanmar languages
  • Ability to travel and work independently
