• Upkeep of data, document and file inventory.
• Support the office with administrative activities involving purchasing, maintenance, inventory and other office tasks.
• Manage repair, maintenance & replacement of office equipments, appliances, furniture, furnishings, vehicles, building, etc.
• Ensure quality in printing and photocopying of office documents, marketing materials and other files.
• Track, maintain, and update the Managers' visa procedures and secretarial tasks.• Ensure appropriate communication at all staff levels
.• Coordinate with team for administrative tasks• Maintain a constant stock of stationery and equipment such as marketing collateral and office supplies and consumables
• Handle applying, extending of company licenses and other documentations
