  • Under taking the tasks of receiving mails any related customers (internal, external) 
  • Handling and Solutions requests appropriately -Make sure for travel arrangement (local, oversea) 
  • Monitoring and management office supplies  
  • Reporting presentations to related manager  
  • Making the plan for transportation and deals with drivers 
  • Handling well know prefer logistics and warehouse  Well use internet email and ability can multitask  
  • Good listening and communication skills 
  • Check stationery stock monthly  
  • Monthly car fuel consumption and work done of Admin
  • Receive DHL & logistics good and record them. (Invoice, Parking List, Receipt) 
  • Willing to work other duty assign by management. 
  • Genuine interest in administration process. 

Position Requirements

  • Graduate and prefer of Diploma in HR & Admin field.
  • Three years working experience in relevant field.
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and outlook email.
