Maintaining the fixed assets register & making monthly depreciation calculations.
Monitoring, renewing & extension all company legal papers within statutory deadlines
Assist in preparation of local and oversea bank transfers, payments and deposits.
Collecting & Maintaining bank statements and bank transaction documents. And also, record Letter In/Out receiving and dispatching Copy, Fax.
Follow company rules and policies and make confidentiality to all Reports, Documentations, Data, Record, Correspondence, etc..,)
Communicate with other departments as required.
Performing any other duties assigned by the Management.
Com (or) LCCI Level 3 (or) ACCA Level II
Must have good skills in using Microsoft office applications (Word and Excel).
English language skills are required, especially written English.
Understanding of Income Tax, Commercial Tax, Capital Gain Tax, and Withholding Tax & Stamp Duties
Ability to use computerised accounting software (MYOB or Other Accounting Software. Sage preferable.)
Minimum 1yr experience.
Ability to perform job tasks accurately and to identify errors and inaccuracies.
Good personality, communication and negotiation skill.
Ability to work under pressure.
