Job Description

  • NSC (Nissan Distributor) After Sales Strategy and Policy development, NSC business plan support in terms of service retention, AS Sales (parts and labour) and CSI, etc.;
  • Major KPI target setting and KPI monitoring/ analysis for action development;
  • Execution of business plan and any action for further improvement;
  • Dealer Development Policy, strategy and network development for service and 3S Dealer setting up support including Body and Paint;
  • Dealer’s business plan development support in terms of service retention, AS Sales (parts and labour), CSI and KPI monitoring;
  • Dealer Operations and Management support (dealer service and parts operation standard, CSI improvement, marketing, customer complaints handling etc.);
  • To support as interpreter as and when necessary;
  • To support translation of materials from English to Burmese and vice-versa;
  • Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

Position Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Business Management/ Marketing or equivalent;
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Burmese;
  • Extensive experience in automotive distributor After Sales Division for at least 5 years;
  • Business plan, policy and strategy planning knowledge and capability;
  • Service Performance data analysis and counter measure development knowledge and capability;
  • High levels of analytical and problem solving skills, strong communication skills, ability to think laterally, present new ideas and make independent decisions. Strong project management and experience;
  • Good understanding in automotive market, dealer operation and management;
  • Possess PC skill, presentation and communication skill;
  • Proven customer complains handling skill;
  • Service oriented, trustworthy, strong work ethic and self-motivated.
