Job Description

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete inspection certificate to the customers
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
  • Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
  • Manage administration
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Other assignments by his/her direct line manager

Position Requirements

  • Male or Female, Age over 25 years old
  • Bachelor Degree in related fields 
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service position
  • Fluent command of spoken and written in English with computer literacy
