Job Description

  • Executing and implement sales strategies and plans
  • Monitor sale speed and inventory status between sell -in and sell out at outlets. Price survey and competitor price update
  • Monitor and report market trend and direction
  • Communicate with potential clients with various methods including ,face to face ,meetings,phone,email.
  • Coordinate sale team and leverage partner’s resource to commit channel sales target.
  • Keep track of all competitor activities and products benefit
  • Monitor promoter performance, customer care, display set up and so on 
  • Meet monthly sales target in the responsible sector.
  • Build and manage customer relationship to attain continuous sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Supervision and strong collaboration with team members in planning,implementation and evaluation
  • Supporting the sales team in attaining sales order taking and customer responses
  • Gathering monthly, weekly or daily sales analysis from sale teams to fulfil channel requirement in time
  • Updating the status of sales order in the database or computer.
  • Coordinating and responding to all requests of internal sales meetings.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and assist sales team in the implementation of sales activities / toolsas prepared by the department
  • Other duties may be assigned as required

Position Requirements

Major Requirement:  

  • Must posses at least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing  or related
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Email & Internet                                     
  • Must have promoter management experience background
  • Must have Marketing activities implementation background
  • 2~3 years above experience in related field
  • Experience in apparel industry is preferable
  • able to work under pressure
  • Must be available for travelling and must be in a state of sound mind and sound body
  • Willing to work hard & can work independently without close supervision
  • To be able to manage multiple tasks and accountable
  • Willing to travel extensively- Demonstrate ability to work successfully in a team-oriented environment/matrix structureand quickly adapt to the company culture
  • Ability to use computer such as MS Power Point, MS Word, Ms Excel, E-mail, Internet"
  • Basic command in spoken and written English
