Job Description

Provide technical support for all TOA Products to the Paint's customers and internal parties 1) On site suport local customers to understand customer requirements and problems 2) Analyze root cause of each technical problem receiving from customers and provide effective technical solution and new product introduction to internal and external parties 3) Be a Product Information Center for all related parties 4) Update and train product knowledge to customers and internal parties ie. sales & marketing team 5) Other duties may be assigned as required

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor of Chemical Engineer, Chemical Science, Chemistry or related
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in working with Technical Support/ Technical Service for Paint or Coating is a must In-depth experience in Paint, Coating or related chemical products required Strong safety process environment promoter
  • Strong problem solving and team management - High service mind and excellment communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Good command of English is required
  • Computer literacy (MS word, excel, powerpoint, E-mail)
