  • Fulfill products according to sale forecast as well as Demand Plan in seasonal profile
  • Prepare production plan for 3 months as well as following weekly production plan and circulate to the concerned department and CEO/MD.
  • Held the Weekly Production & Operation meeting in factory for the Standardized quality, raw & packaging material planning, warehousing, Inventory and Sale.
  • Improve Production Efficiency ratio and set up and maintain Standard Direct Cost (SDC) against the Budgeted unit cost that approved by Top Management.
  • Audit and record in each WIP and bottling aiming to Traceability tools that proof and shown as assurance quality, losses, recipes & standard process.
  • Closely relation to Cost Accountant / Finance Manager to provide accurate Costing from the daily production include Usage, Recipes, Damages , Wastage , Write-off approval from Managing Director.
  • Discuss and report about labor issue and tax authority visit at factory in the fortnightly. Attend and contribute in the Management Director’s management meeting regularly and share the meeting minute to the Quality and Operation meeting at Factory.
  • Ensure new product launching by following project plan of Sale & Marketing as well as refer to existing lead time and KPI of purchasing, logistics and production.e.g. Total (6) months lead time for new product launch since product design till commercial launch.
  • Plan ahead for Capital expenditure and maintenance project from the proposal to installation and complete the commissioning stage.
  • Ensure ERP software set up in Manufacturing from the trail entry data until fine tuning on required reporting included Loss “ Norm “ at every process step and WIP (Work In Progress) by supporting to the appointed programmer “ Author”.

  • BSC (Chemistry) ,BSC IC, BE – Chemical (or) MAB
  • English & Local Language
  • Advance Excel, Software Skill( Preferable ERP)
  • Directly Relevant 3 years Experience
  • Indirectly Relevant 5 to 7 years experience
  • More preferable Liquor , beer industry & process skill
