K&D Myanmar Co., Ltd. Is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to work with the Sales Team and Reporting to the Sales Director, you’ll work in partnership with your customers to build strategic plans within your territory to achieve sales target goals. Your main objectives will be to develop profitable market share and increase the availability & appeal of our products to wholesalers and consumers. You’ll align your own strategy with the overall marketing activation of the different Mandalay Rum Products, taking advantage of our exciting partnerships built through sponsoring events such as the Mandalay Rumbling tournament series and the Tazaungdaing balloon festival. All the while, you’ll be ensuring that you help to develop our customers’ businesses, targeting our brands in the right outlets.
Relationships here are key and you’ll enjoy proactively managing existing relationships as well as identifying new business opportunities in your area across our direct, wholesale and leased & tenanted customers. And, with quality never far from our minds, you’ll lead conversations with your customers to ensure that every consumer has an exceptional experience. As an innovative and forward thinking individual you will always look for opportunities to do things differently. And to be successful in this role, you will ideally demonstrate proven sales and account management experience developed in an FMCG/retail environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Execution of the Upper Myanmar commercial strategy in the on-trade channel
- Contracting key on-trade customers to sell our products
- Drive visibility in the on-trade through Point of Sales materials
- Educate on and off premise establishment with product knowledge and sales techniques
- Educate wholesalers in knowledge on our core categories
- Supporting key on-trade customers to increase rotation of our brands via promotions and events
- Tracking Customer execution in Sales Force performance
