Job Description

  • Document Officer is to control the inventory documents by scanning, filing and updating database and prepare documents for the project and permit
  • Liaise with different departmental staff, any potential client departments, and all relevant standards.
  • Control and effectively manage the documents for relevant departments.

Position Requirements

  • One-year experience in Data Entry Role in inventory function.
  • Organize the process of the inventorydocumentation in the most effective way to achieve the target.
  • Proficient in Microsoft software's (Excel, Word Outlook) 2. Able to communicate in English
  • Prepare detailed forward plans and schedules of work commitments and appropriate staff requirements.
