Job Description

  • Handle the recruitment process of the company:
    • Advertise the different positions available
    • Conduct a shortlist of candidates by reviewing the applications and conducting the first interviews
    • Prepare the contracts of newly hired workers. 

  • Manage the employees on a daily basis
    • Ensure all workers contracts are updated and renewed on time;
    • Update constantly the data of the employee in the company system
    • Coordinate with operations department to ensure workers receive regular trainings.  

  • Handle the administration of the company:
    • Draft administrative document between the company and Myanmar civil organizations (ministries, social insurance company);
    • Ensure the company is legally compliant;
    • Arrange the visa and work permits for expatriate workers of the company;
    • Provide regular reports to the management.


  • Ease communication between the company management and the workers:
    • Prepare Internal Memo before GM approval;
    • Be the key person for communication between workers and management;
    • Convey workers suggestions to the management.


  • Organize the logistic of the workers and mobilization/demobilization:
    • Arrange the daily transportation of the workers on site;
    • Process monthly and daily ferry contract;
    • Manage the repartition of the workers in the different hostels of the company;
    • Process hostel contracts;
    • Arrange necessary transportation and documents (gate passes) for mobilization at a new site and demobilization at the end of a project.


  • Check company supply:
    • Estimate office material and consumables requirements and prepare the requests to the store;
    • Supervise the monthly inventory of the store.

Position Requirements

  • Holder of a university degree in business administration/ logistics or procurement;
  • At least 3-year experience in administration, logistic or procurement;
  • English speaking and writing skills:
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Good communication skills and sense of detail;
  • Ability and willingness to work in cooperation with a team.
