Job scope :
This role is a coordinator for Procurement service and HR service function and liaison with payroll &benefits provider.
Report directly to hiring manager (Thai) based out in Bangkok, Thailand.
- Payroll Management
- To collect all information relating to accurate payroll calculation ie. time attendance, over time sheet, staff movement data, salary and benefit data and send to payroll vendor on timely basis.
- To supervise payroll vendor to efficiently run the payroll process on monthly basis by making sure the payroll vendor could meet the expectations
- Benefit Administration
- To be responsible for insurance sign-up and claim process
- To plan and run the staff health check-up, vaccination and well-being programs within the guidelines and approvals.
- People Database Management & Reporting
- To maintain people database, staff movement and organization chart
- To be responsible for Workday system support
- General HR Administration
- To support the logistics process of Talent Acquisition and training
- To plan and execute the new employee on boarding program as well as retirement and off boarding
- To issue employment certificate and Visa supporting letters
- To provide support to mobility programs ie. relocation & transfer, visa & work permit, expat benefits support etc.
