1) Check attendance and overtime daily, leave record 2) Responsible for CV screening and making interview appointment 3) Responsible for orientation of new employee about company policies and procedure 4) Deal with Government Office 5) Assist HR manager for employment contracts, contracts with employment agencies and others related documents. 6) Support HR manager in setting HR Policy and Procedure. 7) General Office administration 8) Order and office supplies,equipment maintenance 9) Manage to vehicle way check and maintenance 10) Check up to cleaner and driver 11) Other instruction assigned by senior management.
