(1) Employment and Recruitment of the Company
• To make recruitment plan, carry out recruitment of vacancy positions
• Establishes a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection and analyzing interviews.
• Updates job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
(2) Compensation and Benefit:
• Responsible for monthly Payroll, insurance
• Setup monthly Performance criteria for all working positions in the Company;
• Evaluate employee work results and recommend to director for changes
• Preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures based on country laws and regulations
• Submit weekly and daily report to country director on employee performances and propose improvements
• To carry out oriental training for new employees for the Rules and Regulations of the Company, and related working process procedures;
(4) Labor relations:
• Execution the rules and regulations of the Company in compliances with the country laws,
• Work closely with current employees to ensure their benefits and requests
(5) Responsible for Administrative works
